I was an employee at The UPS Store #1971 on Oakland Avenue in Shorewood, Wisconsin. Brian Rogga is the store owner.

I have lost a lot of respect for Brian, he has done me wrong for something I didn't do. I will always have a cold shoulder for him. I was terminated from the store due to a wrong assumption. Brian "claims" I was terminated from the store because I was failing to understand the computer system.

The only thing is, I've been using that system since the very beginning of September. Its quite the simple system. If you can spell names and click buttons, a 5th grader could do it. What I find difficult to understand is that fellow employees and customers told me I was doing a good job.

What's also hard to understand is that my "issue" was never brought up to me before hand. No one ever mentioned that I was lacking in the computer work. Had I known that I had an "issue" I would have asked for direction and aid. I'm very disappointed in Brian.

This is the first time I've ever been terminated. This has only been my second job. At home, I worked for a company for four years. They love me at home and my work ethic.

I'm a hard worker as well as a smart one. I'm very intelligent and bright. I feel as if I have been wrongly fired. All I'm saying is, don't be fooled by him or his business.

Many of his employees have a negative attitude towards the customers and jobs. I'm very disappointed Brian, I thought you were a better man than that.

Shameful. Plain and simple.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Yeah, sorry you got fired, but it happens all the time. This is also called Pissed CONSUMER. You are a Pissed Employee, (well ex-employee)

No offense, but I would take your post off of this site. I dont even know you, but reading your post, it honestly looks like a third grade student wrote this. Bottom line is that in a small business the owner doesnt need a reason to fire you.

Well you did something to get fired. It happens to everybody at some time or another.

Face it you hadn't worked there very long, maybe it was within the training period. If Wisconsin is a right to work state the employer doesn't have to give a reason for dismissing an employee.
