Need letter notarized after Dad passed away. So stopped in and woman gave me hard time same the "no estate" letter i typed was wrong and she couldn't notarize it, she said I needed the right form and she would have to type it up listen to her BS for 10 minutes.

IT was a waste of time, I then went to real notary and was in and out in less than 4 minutes. They said it was ok and the creditors I sent it to after Dad passed away was satisfied. I hate UPS stores, and i hate the UPS delivery. I ordered an item from amazon.com and after the expected delivery.

Amazon got in touch with UPS and UPS said it was lost so amazon sent another item at no cost. It should have arrived within 5 days it didn't so i contacted Amazon again and told them they should have used FEDEX.

They were apologetic and said They checked with UPS and said there had been no change in shipping status for over a week so they are now sending me another item, with one day shipping i hope i get it. I don't think UPS could find their own butt with both hands.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Location: Kittanning, Pennsylvania

1. Its within a Notary Public's rights to refuse to notarize a document for whatever reason, nor are he or she required to tell you.

2.

You mention a "real" notary. Was the Notary Public at the UPS Store you went to not a "real" notary? If so seems like she was perfectly within reason to not do it, since it was something legally she could not do.

3.

The amazon complaint has nothing to do with a UPS Store. UPS and UPS Store's are 2 different corporate entity's.
