UPS owner in Calabasas, CA is a shake down artist and withhold mail from paying customers. In several occassions mail addressed to me with a name referrening a company was withheld and not delivered claiming the company name is not authorized. The owner is bad news.

The owner who mainly runs the counter is very rude. Several times I came with many(more than 10) packages prepaid shipping. He would snap at me, not allow me to use the cart to bring stuff in making me carry it all by hand, he will not accept usps mail from me, told me to find a mail box. I won't be going here any more. Store #6070 off Rt31.
