Franchise owner pockets UPS corp refunds owed to customer! Blames UPS for screwup and insists UPS will issue me a check; however UPS corp states that "they only issue refunds to the account owner - in this case - the franchiser.
I HATE UPS. What a scam the franchisers have going.
I have called UPS, UPS Store Corp Office and the UPS Store itself. They all say different things - all circular. Meanwhile I'm out $35.83 for no service.
I understand the business of franchising but this is ridiculous. I am going to file a claim with my VISA to dispute the charges. Its the only recourse I have. What a scam. What a shame. Wonder how many people just give up? NOT ME.
