By the way...please understand that UPS charges a 43% service fee on postage. This is the only time I've paid more than face value for postage stamps.

It is more than 3 times as much to ship a package with UPS. Stick to the post office folks. When I told the manager that they lost me as a customer for life he said: "sounds good to me". When I asked if that is what he wanted me to tell corporate he said yes.

Come to find out, all the stores are separately owned so corporate didn't care.

That's why this kid manager doesn't care what he says to customers or how he treats them. My advice...stay away from store 1969 (Fry Rd.)

I didn't like: Poor service, Store employees, Discretionary fees.

I agree!!! had 2 packages lost, supposedly left at door step.NO help whatsoever at store. RUDE.Will never use again.


The UPS Store has to buy their postage just like you do. A business can't sell a product for the same price it buys it for. Simple economics.
