UPS Store - Up Charging UPS Customers who have a UPS Account
6 comments
My local UPS store @ 6671 W Indiantown road in Jupiter, FL 33458 does not stock ground forms for use with UPS accounts on purpose. Here I went an got a UPS account but my local store wants to let me only send stuff 2nd day air or next day air.
That is just a blatant rip off!
I cant send anything ground using my UPS account because they wont stock the forms by decree of the owner.
That is just wrong! I have to keep writing words to get to eighty so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so you get the idea.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Location: Jupiter, Florida

You should check your UPS bills. If you're using Ground Waybills you may be paying more than if you ship it from the UPS Store, I believe Ground Waybill are charged as retail plus $5.
The UPS Store are independently owned. If you have a UPS account then you can print your own labels or order your own forms.
Your relationship is with UPS they will supply you with all the supplies you need. In fact they will even come and pick it up if your willing to pay for the pick up.
If you would like to drop them off at a UPS Store then try and respect the fact that store is providing you a service free of charge. Have it ready when you get there.
It's amazing how many people think they are customers of the stores, but openly admit they print their own shipping labels and don't pay the stores anything. Lets stock ups waybills so you don't have to pay us, i mean, c'mon man.
The fact that they even stock air forms is surprising. UPS Stores are in no way required to stock any sort of waybills. Contact UPS if you need supplies; The UPS Stores are a different company.
Why should they.. Get your own *** forms as these stores make ZERO money giving you the forms, plus they could be on the hook for loses.
Majority of UPS stores do not provide free shipping forms, anymore.
If they are a UPS store, they should stock the forms. It's THEIR company.
They make money by shipping the package and it has to have a label.
Your comment is ridiculous and ***. Even USPS has labels.
