1. Did not provide fee quote for fax service requested.

2. Did not obtain customer agreement before sending fax.

3. Did not disclosure additional cost /page for out of area fax.

4. Charged additional fee for Certificate of Acknowledgement.

5. Did not have proper Notary ledger for recording documents.

I never agreed to a $2.00 per page fax fee for out of area code numbers, nor would I have agreed to an additional $1.00 charge for a California All-Purpose Certificate of Acknowledgment, which I believed to be included in $10.00 Notary price quote. Store representative did not provide price until after sending fax.

My total bill was to my surprise $27.00.. $17.00 for fax and

$10.00 for notary. I was upset, felt rushed, and told UPS Store representative I was being taken advantage of.

SEE ATTACHED COMPLAINT LETTER

Monetary Loss: $17.

Location: Riverside, California

You want a an agreement contract before sending a fax.... expects faxes to be free?

Expects the telephone company to provide a free phone line and the fax machine manufacturer to provide free hardware and toner so people like you can do faxes for free. Oh don't forget that free worker!

Seriously though, how did you get by all your life. I bet you never hired a A/C repairmain or plumber and actually checked the invoice.

You would probably have a heart attack lol.

PLEASE copy and paste that letter from the UPS Store rep saying you were taken advantage of.... I need to laugh some more

Too bad I can't read your attached letter, you forgot to attach it. I needed more of a laugh.

You wanted a list of fees provided before the transaction, yet you never thought to ask what the fees would be?

That is pure genius my friend.

And what is the "monetary loss" of $17 about? They provided the service that you requested, faxing, and they charged the rate the charge.

You asked for a service, they performed, you paid, the end. There is no monetary loss, unless you think they should have done it for free, or they told you they would do it for free, or they simply did not perform yet charged anyway.

Hey I want you to make me a cup of coffee, what I have to pay for the coffee you made me, you didn't tell me what it would cost, yeah I drank it, but now I'm out 4.25, I'm gonna post a complaint and say I lost 4.25...wah!
