Not resolved

I had an Amazon order that was in four large boxes, all part of a bed to assemble. UPS delivered ONE box on Tuesday.

ANOTHER came on Wednesday, and I was told that more would come on Thursday. I waited till after 7:OO p.m. and then phoned to ask why it didn't come. I was told that it wasn't LOADED because someone had put a hold on the delivery!

WHO? WHY? Today is Friday before a long weekend, and of course by the time I could get hold of them, it was "too late" to get it today -- so now I have to wait till next Tuesday? A whole week to deliver half an order across the city??

Their website is useless, going around in circles, and telling me nothing I don't already know. When I tried to send an e-mail, it wouldn't let me enter anything in one of the required fields -- and I couldn't send it without it!

(Oh, and it said I had changed my address, and no I didn't!) UPS is a bloody joke. I will never use them again if I can possibly avoid it.
