The owner of this company, I have found, is against those with a disability. I have tried on numerous occasions to park in front of the store where it says "UPS Store Parking 5 minutes".
The owner should read his own sign. I have had run ins with him on numerous occasions over him unloading his vehicle there and taking up to and over 30-40 minutes, or more, to move. The last time, when he was parked there I told him that I needed to park there ( I am disabled) his response to me was that I could park across the parking lot or further down the parking lot. He was unloading his truck and wasn't going to move.
His convenience is now the paying customers inconvenience.
The people who work inside this store have been very good to work with, but the owner could care less about his customers, especially those with a disability. If you have any disability, I would not suggest you go to any UPS Store location in St.
George, Utah. They are both owned by the same person.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Associates are friendly.
I didn't like: Owners treatment of customers with disabilities, Custormer service.
