Paid $40 premium for small package to be delivered to Canada. Item went to UPS Canadian depot where it was held up for 4 weeks awaiting payment of brokerage fees-another $30 US.
We called UPS and received several conflicting answers as to what is going on. The UPS store the two used to send the item said it is not their responsibility. This is a scam used by UPS to gouge people receiving items in Canada.
UPS agents kept changing their story on this situation. The package is just a bit larger than a regular envelope and doe not contain anything valuable.***,we didn't insure it.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
