Ups Store - Really diappointed

My passport renewal was returned to me because the photo was the wrong size. UPS retook the photo at no charge but refused to pay the priority mailing of $14. It was their mistake & I shouldn't have had to pay that again. If im not refunded the $14, I will tell others not to use your passport service.

The UPS Store has to buy their postage just like you do. A business can't sell a product for the same price it buys it for. Simple economics.
