Just had it happen to me. Had my brother drop it off and he trusted the employee to package it.

750.00 item. Misty at montgomery rd store in cincinnati, oh. Don’t go there. They sent my brother the refund check and misspelled his name.

Can’t even cash it.

She’s the manager and says there’s no security camera’s there. But will continue to look into it.

Denial to make money

UPS Store - Denial to make money
The UPS Store located at 7902 Gerber Rd, Sacramento, CA 95828 refusing to accept packages for return to Amazon based on the interpretation of UPS shipping policies. Specifically, she (The manager) refusing to accept packages in the box they were delivered to me (Customer) when the customer is attempting to return the package via UPS to Amazon. This manager previously attempted to apply this principle and offering to sell boxes at an inflated cost. Very unprofessional practices to say the least. complaint and contact number (916) 583-****.

No human contact

tried multiple times to verify and trace email scanned and sent from Brandywine MD store #6474 by Aaliyah called multiple times no return call email urgently needed

Staff is too RUDE

Supported this business from the beginning until I walked in and felt attacked about my mask. I had a mask on that no one has an issue with everywhere else. Apparently this business has a power trip and unless our mask isnt a chemical filled disposable one,like theirs, it isnt good enough... Well my business will not continue there as well. Rude! Get over yourselves....

Complaint

I had gone in the store #518 ,at 344 West Maple Avenue, Vienna,Va 22180 And had asked for some paperwork to be faxed out and they screwed up the whole thing by faxing the paperwork separately and I know you faxed out the paperwork all together with a coverletter. They also tossed behind them any packages coming in onto the floor there is no bin ,and neatness about this.Their slobs and inconsiderate for the customers. I even heard about them,at the Oakton,Va store Everybody is complaining about these two women with thick accents,also who we cannot understand at all.D

Pissed off

I had gone to a UPS STORE,in Vienna,Va 22180 Store # 518 Address: 344 Maple Avenue West,Vienna,Va 22180 I needed paperwork to be faxed to the IRS,right away.Well,the ladies didn't faxed the paperwork all together,as they should've, but separately.And,I know that's not how done. And ,everybody is complaining also,can't understand them,thick accents.And,packages come in the door from customers and they don't have a bin or stack them neatly they just toss them behind them and it piles up over other packages,This store is a mess,and nothing is organized.D .

Not a good place to do business and they don't know how to use a fax machine,you put all pages together,with a cover letter and fax them out all together and not separate. Shipped packages under a wrong account number

Your drivers leaving packages in unprotected area's.

i live in a rural area. the gated entrance to my property is about 150 feet from my home. you can not see the gate from the house. on days when i expect a package i leave the gate open so the drivers can drive down and leave the package at my door. i have lived at this address for 27 years yet often these drivers will leave my packages at the gate. i have complained to ups on numerous occasions but, apparently nobody's listening...a package arrived yesterday and was left at the gate.there have been theft's in the area and i worry that one of my packages will vanish and i might never know.

Was at ups store no. 3260 Palos Hts., il.. ON 1-29-2021, IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON. The girls that were waiting on us, very friendly, courteous, smiling, they were so professional. What a pleasant experience.

Very rude customer service

I was recently in a ups store in Pahrump Nv the lady at the county was very rude not only to me but other customers And other employees my wife had the same experience a few weeks ago I will never use this facility again I believe her name was Debbie thank you

Price gouging

went to mail a 1 pound package and was quoted an outrageous price of $28 for a 6-day delivery timeframe; I asked if that was the lowest fee, and was told 'yes.' I took my package and left. I went online with the specific measurements and weight of the package and found that UPS, FedEx and USPS all quoted less than half of the amount I was quoted at the store, all within the $13-14 range. I called the customer service person at the store and he tried to tell me that stores have different metrics than I'll find online. Same type of price gouging happened a few months ago at the same store. This time I walked away. I'll never ship from that UPS store again!

Horrible experience

I paid $50 to have a letter overnighted. It didn't happen, and they won't refund my money. Their comment. We don't guarantee. I could have mailed it at the post office for less than $1 if I'd known they were so unreliable. When I attempted the tracking process, I got different excuses from each person that I spoke to. Bottom line going into 2nd day, no letter

Pricing Scams

Purcellville, Va. UPS Store. Over measure the size of boxes to be able to charge more. Do not present all cost options. They quoted me a price for UPS ground that was outrageous, and it wasn't until I complained that they miraculously found a less expensive alternative. It was 40% + less expensive, but I'm sure it would not have been presented as an option to me unless I had complained about the price. I don't trust these people, this store or this chain any farther than I could throw them. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU USE THEM. If there is a way for them to pad the cost, most assuredly they will. Hate using them but few other options available. Do Not Use
