Ups Store - I Just Got My Yard Sign Order - I Want a Refund!

I ordered 10 yard signs from your UPS Store website. I specified that I wanted the same image on both sides of the yard signs. When I received the signs they were only printed on ONE side. I called the customer service number on the order, and the representative refused to give me a refund, and also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They said they would reprint the signs for me, but I need the signs right away, and it already took me 6 days to get my original sign order. These signs are for a non-profit youth sports league. We cannot afford to pay for more signs, and we also cannot afford to get jerked around - but we HAVE been jerked around - big time!

Ups Store - Horrible store experience

The Ups store on Madison ave and 96 th street in New York is being run by a horrible aggressive man who called the cops because I said it was bizarre he could not help me find a zip code w no one else in the store . He said It wasn’t his job and I could leave . Then when I said no I need to mail this he said “ lady get out or I call the cops” . I asked him for his name or the manager or owner and he called the cops and told them I was drunk . He was shockingly avusive . It’s a discredit to the company I own stock in to have a shop keeper totally disinterested in customer service , A zip code ???? Really , a ups store refusing to help me get the right zip code . Yes .... that is what happened

Ups Store - Lost or stolen package .. leaning to the latter.

Package did not arrive at destination Oct. 2017 (Value $ 1,500) March 2018 - August 2018 Told that they began an investigation Told again they are investigating. Told they sent 3 requests for payment October 2018 Told by UPS Store Corporate investigation began. 1/9/19 Told by UPS Store Corportate NO INVESTIGATION begun Corporate now starting investigation. Hopefully. This is one poor organization on the local and corporate level.

Ups Store - ADMINISTRATOR challenged my complaint, was disrespectful

received a totally destroyed piece of crated, palletized piece of furniture. red tape paperwork would require at least 5 weeks to remove the damaged item. ups freight deliver curbside but will take to house exterior for $90 more. Neither of these facts were never told to me' I had a PAK Mail manager and another shipper tell me the furniture was poorly packaged. ups rebutted that the ups store manager was one of the best. I am a 100% disabled military retiree and can't do physically challenging work. Unfriendly attitude and lack of helpfulness has soured me on ups. Ill use someone else!

Ups Store - DO NOT GET MAIL BOX

Within 10 days of opening the mailbox, I requested refund as they have not yet delivered the keys. They did not refund and I am taking the issue with my credit card company
