Just had it happen to me. Had my brother drop it off and he trusted the employee to package it.

750.00 item. Misty at montgomery rd store in cincinnati, oh. Don’t go there. They sent my brother the refund check and misspelled his name.

Can’t even cash it.

She’s the manager and says there’s no security camera’s there. But will continue to look into it.

The UPS Store is not UPS, they are independently owned franchises. They have nothing to do with deliveries in your area, and packages due to be delivered do not come through the store. UPS Stores are not Amazon. Unless you have the right code, they do NOT have to...

Amazon tells customers to return at UPS STORE, then UPS STORE updates with no record of item! BAD COMPANY UPS STORE! B

Do not return Amazon items to UPS STORE, they will keep your item and not give you return confirmation! Bad business!

Amazon returns are generally consolidated; meaning they are put in a box with other items and shipped out as a group. There is no way of tracking individual items, but they do go back once a box of around 30 items is full.

UPS Sucks!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! My merchandise in my delivery was stolen and no one can answer for it! Be customer service representatives and mangers are rude and not helpful at all! UPS is not reliable at all and are LIARS!

Bad service, bogus charges

UPS charged $8 plus to have me pick up a package at THEIR OWN DROP-OFF LOCATION, when they did not want to deliver the package. DO NOT USE UPS,.... use USPS or Fed-ex, verify when ordering with any company that they do not send UPS!!!!!

I said Do not cancel my order since I am aware of backorder. They said ok. Then they Re-cancelled my order due to discontinued item. Well it was on the website when i ordered SO where is my stuff I am willing to wait. Not in a Hurry to receive but this sweater im looking forward to Receiving. Unprofessional comunicación, bad supply inventory updates.

In store very rude person, also lied about the box i was shipping, being a manufactures box could not be shipped had to be in a different box. long story short finally said fine i will pay the $13 for your box i,m in a hurry need to go. Found out after calling UPS, it was fine in the manufactures box, but since stores run independant, they can CHOOSE not to do it, otherwise gouge people to buy there boxs,lol. What a joke and scam.

Extremely poor customer service

The UPS store at Kings Point / Sun City Center Florida is in serious need of customer service training.

Undelieverable Package with Time Sensitive Information.

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered for the past three days and I'm still waiting. I have contacted your customer service line at 800-742-**** and out of the 10 people I spoke to all 10 need to be fired because no one can be of assistance. The nerve of your employees falsifying records and false attempted delivery times is simply unheard of. I would like to speak to someone in your corporate office as this is beyond unacceptable. I do have the phone records to show the times of each call, which is also proof of the false notation taken which is associated with my tracking number .

Change pickup location

The driver change the delivery time three different times he was in the area of where he was supposed to deliver it and he used the excuse of bad weather on the 7th I just want to pick up my damn package
