Do not send I returned 3 items they UPS. THEY SCANNED 2 OUT OF 3 QRCODES..
SAYING THEY DIDN'T NEED THE OTHER QR CODE. I DON'T WORK THERE WHAT DO I IN KNOW. I figured it was over coffee per entire order. ANYWAY TURNED IT THE LEATHER JACKET NEVER MADE IT BACK.
SO I'M IT THE LEATHER JACKET. THE MONEY.. AND CAN'T GET A TRACKING NUMBER ON IT..
THEY NEVER SCANNED THE CODE. NICE RIGHT?

Saturday I went to the UPS store here in Winterhaven, Florida. I gave the girl a piece of paper with my daughters name and her address.
I had two packages a box and a box of a Christmas tree brand new boxes never been used asked me to confirm the address I told her I was unable to do that because my glasses were broken and I have bifocals and I could not see the screen Confirmed anyway the address that she put down, they couldnt deliver the package and they sent it back to the store that it originated from and the super the manager said that it was supposed to be try to be returned. Sent out three times and they called Wednesday to change the address, but they said no that was on its way back , the store is refusing to give me a refund or to send the package back out without me paying again. The customer service people that I spent four hours on the phone with said no that is the store has to give me the refund the store saying they wont give me the refund because the company wont give it back to them . Nobody will work with me.
Im tired of this needs to be fixed. I want my refund today I mean today cause Im going back up there at 2:30 and I want my refund. Im gonna see the company.
I know you got more lawyers than I could ever think about getting but this is not right , the way they speak theyre nasty. You know I mean its just its horrible.

I shipped a package. The staff seemed nice enough.
UPS changed the address on the way, and delivered it to the wrong address. Google maps clearly shows the house being at the address I gave them. The store people say they are just a franchise and there's nothing they can do. The people at UPS Capital, which does the shipping said there's nothing they can do and to call the store.
UPS Capital said it does have the address to which the package was incorrectly shipped, but won't tell me, won't go get it, and turned down my claim because it was delivered. I have the photo UPS gave showing the package at a door. I also have a photo showing the actual door at the correct address. They seem to expect that I should be fine with the package, and its contents simply disappearing.
I have spent 4 days trying to resolve this. NEVER SHIP WITH UPS

Today, July 6, at 12:23 PM I brought in an Amazon return package that was required to be sent via an official UPS store. Although Ive read many negative reviews, Ive had good service from this location for many years, but what happened today was so disgusting that my rating has gone, in one trip, from a 5 star to a 1 star.
Im 75 years old and was struggling to unload from my truck bed and carry this very large box (containing a collapsible wheel chair) weighing approximately 50 lb.
When I got to the stores double door entry which only opens to the outside, I could not hold the box and open the door at the same time, so I propped the box up against the left side door, the one thats usually, for many businesses, not even unlocked. I held it there with one hand and my knee. I opened the right side door, re-established my grip on the box, and entered the store. If I had placed the box on the ground to open the door, I wouldve had a very difficult time lifting it up again.
There was no one around that I couldve asked to open the door for me. There was no one exiting the store.
The worker and I were the only 2 people in the store. I greeted the man with Hi, how you doing today? His response was I would be doing OK if youd not tried to break my door!
To which I respectfully responded I was having a problem getting my box in. I always wonder why stores like this dont have doors that swing both ways. I dont recall his exact words, but after he threw my receipt at me, he rudely left the conversation by walking into the back room, and said on the way something about me not having the intelligence to correctly open the door. After he insulted me, I then stated Now I see why this store has so many negative reviews to which he responded from the back room.
Dont remember exact words, but they included Get Out!
FYI, there was absolutely no abuse, much less damage, to the left side door or its mechanism. When I propped the box, there was a minor noise when the door set firmly against its latching /locking mechanism.
I have IDed the time of drop off in case anyone associated with this store wants to know who this extremely rude employee or owner was. As far as I could see he was the only worker there at this time. He was a little on the short side, just slightly heavy, with a small black beard/ goatee.
I suspect, from reading other reviews, that he could have been Joe.
This store is only about 5 minutes from my home, much closer than the others in town.
So, I intend to go there again when I need to, which thankfully, is not very often. One more episode like this and they will never see me again.

I bought a shipping label at a UPS depot for an item mistakenly sent to a customer in the US by accident. The customer took the parcel to the UPS depot and had it scanned and mailed, the next day the parcel showed up on my tracking as, unable to dispatch trailer, delayed.
A few days later the message didn't change. Upon inquiring about the package I was told it couldn't be found, stolen? Maybe, no one knows.
Long story short my expensive item simply disappeared, my claim for reimbursement was denied and the case closed, a total loss of around $800.00 with not even an apology or offer for a refund on the purchased shipping label. This company is terrible and i will never use them, trust them or recommend them to anyone.

Payroll discrepancies/not paid
I am an employee at one of the Colorado branches.
I was hired on as a Preload employee but was transferred to Offsort.
There was an issue with HR not completing my data transfer and was stated I was terminated while still working the month and being paid until this week of 10/11 Oct.
I need to speak with a rep regarding payroll and not being paid for working.

Lost package
Horrible Experience with Lost Package & Unresolved Claim
Im extremely disappointed with UPS. My package was lost during transit, and despite filing a claim immediately, there has been zero resolution.
Its been weeks, and Ive been stuck in an endless loop of unhelpful customer service reps who seem more interested in passing the buck than actually resolving my issue.
The package was valuable, and I trusted UPS to handle it carefully. Instead, not only did they lose it, but their claims process is a nightmareslow, inefficient, and frustrating. Every time I reach out, Im told theyre working on it, but nothing ever happens.
Ive always considered UPS reliable, but this experience has seriously damaged that reputation. If you lose a package, dont expect a quick or fair resolution from UPS.
This whole process has been a huge waste of time, and Im still out the cost of the package with no answers. UPS needs to step up their customer service and claims process.

This is a case of malpractice and fraud. I asked for two books of USPS stamps and was charged $18.
When I questioned the price of $18, I was told that the price of the stamps had risen. When I was able to get Wi-Fi access, I found that the price had not gone up yet, and if the employee had been honest, she would have told me their store had a markup. In fact, the price charged by Store 3880 for USPS stamps is more than 35% higher than the post office's price. It is really sad if you have to mislead your customers to get business.
Also, the items on the receipt are not designated as NR, that is, not eligible for return. However, Valerie, the Manager, refused to refund my money.

Was unable to speak to a customer service rep. regarding my issue. The automated system keep disconnecting my call.
Have a real person available to discuss problems. My issue did not fit any of the pre-established issues listed.
There is no point in having a fully automated customer service department without the ability to speak to a real person. My issue is unresolved at this point.

Undeliverable package
Package has not been delivered for the past 2 day. It's say undeliverable because no one is here.
I've been here for both days since 3pm. And NO ONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER. tell your driver to quit putting LIES on his notes and deliver the package like he's supposed to. UPDATE: it's been 6 days and STILL no package.
The DRIVER keeps writing that no one is around. I guess the IDIOT doesn't know that, THAT is not required. TWO package where sent. The one with my name did not.
All because I complain once. Now the IDIOTS are sending it back.

The package arrived with signs of being tampered with and missing items. The shipper informed me that the box was completely sealed and new. I am uncertain which driver employee tampered with it because it was shipped from Boston to California.

Not get the packageI could not release it via electronic signature. I could not have it sent to my work address. I could not sign the back of the paper (Why do you even have that on your slips???). And the delivery driver doesn't even list the estimated time of delivery so I could take just an hour off of work instead of a whole day just WAITING and WONDERING when the shipment will arrive.No attempts were made to work with me, your company just has a "too bad so sad" policy.
The manager I spoke to was the only one sympathetic and attempting to do something about it but it didn't help because the delivery attempt was still made before I could get off work.Point to the "policy" and the "security" of my package all you want, but I should be allowed to decide when to release MY package. FedEx offers that option and I have had no problems.

As of right now, I am avoiding doing business with UPS and I am recommending to all my friends and family to do the same. I have spoken to MANY ROBOTS, customer service representatives, their supervisors and even local warehouse managers.
Nobody has been able to be of assistance because your policies are outdated and unhelpful.
I placed an order from verizon last week. Half of my order was delivered by Fed-Ex and the other half was delivered by UPS. I had no problems with Fed-ex and am enjoying my product fully. UPS has failed to deliver my package yet again.
The last time this happened was the beginning of this year when I ordered a replacement phone for my daughter.
What should have been delivered in just a couple days took over a week to get. I tried to contact Customer service at that point and they were no help. I tried to drive to local warehouses to track it down and they were either closed to the public or closed completely.It had to be sent back to the store and reshipped.
This time, I tried to sign the back of the slip when it was left on my door the first time. They came the next day and said I needed an in-person signature or I could sign online.
I went online. There was no option to sign for it. I called customer service and transferred to a supervisor and asked how I can get the package released to me. They said they could not do anything about the signature policy (Why can Fed-ex do it then???).
They finally agreed to ask the local delivery crew to deliver after 3:30, which is when I am home from work.
Today I got home at 2:45 and found out they had already been here, and it was their "final attempt".
To say I am angry is an understatement. I don't know what kind of "delivery" service you are running but the deliveries aren't happening and THIS IS YOUR WHOLE JOB.
Make it right.

Hello,
I shipped a package on 7/23/2024. While at the UPS store, the staff changed the shipping address from 12216 N 47th Drive to 12216 N. 47th Avenue. She said the computer system updated it.
The package was marked as delivered on 7/26/2024. However, it wasn't delivered to my intended location. The person I sent the package to used Google Maps to find 47th Avenue, but there isn't a 12216 on that street. The receiver went to several similar addresses, but none of them look like the delivery confirmation picture.
I've tried to contact the store where I shipped the package from, but the owner is on vacation, so they said they can't help me.
Is there any way to speak to the driver to find the package? I've put in a claim but I'd rather have the box back.

Withholding Refund
I see all the terrible reviews here and am now convinced to never use UPS again.
Long story short, they misdelivered my package and refuse to give me a refund. Every time I explain that their reason for refusal is faulty, they change the reason.
The most recent reason is that "someone" changed the delivery address, though they can't tell me who. It wasn't me. It wasn't the UPS store I used.
It wasn't the recipient.
Unbelievable. Just had money stolen from me, basically.
