UPS Store - Poor Customer Service
Was overcharged for cardboard box and was not treated as a customer should be treated. I have used them for 5 years but this is the last time I will ever use their service.
First, was told they do not ship cologne or perfume, ( which is ridiculous because Amazon ships all the time). After dealing with that then they left my Christmas items stacked up on box and was told they will box later. I asked them how will I ensure that my items are not lost if they fall off box and put in someone elseโs box. Rudely I was told itโs insured, so I told lady I need to take a picture of every item to have proof.
One lady rudely abruptly said give her a box let her pack it herself. So they gave me a box. I was charged $28 dollars for the box.
This is the first time I have ever been treated this way from them, but both girls were new to me here. Never shipping again there...

I can definitely understand why you are concerned about your items but it was during Christmas. Itโs busy and they cannot pack the items in front of you immediately.
The stores know what theyโre doing. Itโs what they do for a living.
If you donโt trust them why did you go to them? $28 is not too much for a box and packing service especially that size.
PS: You cannot ship perfume or cologne at a UPS Store as they are not authorized to ship ORM-D products. Huge retailers like Amazon are. I canโt tell you why but itโs true.
Who cares what Amazon does? Did they say they COULDN'T ship fragrances or did they say they could only ship it ground?
Frags have alcohol in them which can cause fires in flight. A simple Google would tell you this including UPS restrictions.
Why someone as smart as you[sarcasm font] didn't bother to do a little research is beyond me. At any rate, I'm sure they're glad you will not return.
