The young man that waited on me took my 3 boxes off the counter and dropped them on the floor. He printed my receipt, handed it to me.

I started to ask a question he turned to the next customer and totally ignored me. The customer looked a him and said why don’t you answer her questions first. He reluctantly turned back to me and took my first question with a smart *** smile on his face. I told him I had another question and he totally ignored me.

I will not return to that UPS store even though it’s less than mile from my home.

With his lack of customer skills he should be in the back room with no customer contact. I tried to contact the manager but he was out of the store.

If you want to penalize the store keep going back with your drop-offs that they handle free of charge.
