I am a student at Temple University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I am usually at Temple 7 days a week from about 8:00 AM to about 5:00 AM.

Because of this, I would miss shipments sent to my apartment, from both UPS and USPS, and it was a large number of packages, generally books and DVD's.

So I decided to rent a mailbox from a UPS store located at Temple. For the 1st 3 months or so I had no complaints, however over the last 3 months UPS has been rejecting items that I clearly indicated were supposed to go to the UPS store. In all at least $500 worth of books and DVD's have been rejected by the UPS store even though I am paid in full.

Reason of review: Bad quality.
