I was looking for who could do professional name tags for business suite attire. Fred Gorsline, owner of UPS Store #4102 said he offered that.

He showed me what he had and I picked a name tag that resembled metal. He ordered it, but it came back wrong...as a white name tag. He expressed his anger very unprofessionally and acted very hateful and caused me stress. He told me that the tag maker charged him $30 extra...which wasn't my problem.

He emailed me using my name spelled correctly but spelled it wrong on the "NAME" tag. He refused to correct it or return my money. If this is the kind of customer service UPS is about, we will take our business somewhere else and comment how bad UPS customer service is. UPS Store #4102 8550 W.
