My package was to be held at a access point at that time UPS sorted the package wrong it did arrive at the store i drove 2 hrs to pick it up,i found it was still at the hub where i just left,i then ask that it remain there,they ASSURED me yes it will be there,well the package is not there it sits now at the first point all the time these people offer is some lame WE ARE SORRY FOR THE MIX UP crap no ways or means to try and fix the wrong they created..self centered group for sure..

How is this the ups stores fault? Ups drops off boxes there and they have to deal with it. Your beef is with UPS!
