4 boxes were returned to me because the person in the Los Altos CA store used the wrong shipping labels. Now I have to go back there and send again.
I need to return these products so I can get a refund. This is very poor service. I'm paying for each box. What is your plan to deal with a franchisee who doesnt care?
If this guy is doing this to me, what else is he up to? Please deal with this situation immediately.
