Do not ever go here. The other locations may be better.

I went in to get a document notarized. Having used this location several times before I didn't expect it to take longer than 5 minutes. I was approached by the manager maybe. He was about 5'8 and spoke with an accent.

When I showed him the paper he said it couldn't be notarized since the bank had already signed it. Having had a paper with my banks signature on it before I knew that I could notarize it as long as they watched me sign my name since that was what needed to be notarized. I informed him of this but before I could ask for someone else or get an explanation as to why it was different this time, he asked me did was I telling him how to do his job. I said no and called him out for being rude.

He then told me to shut up which is when i definitely had a few choice words.

I don't mind being wrong about the document but the sheer audacity to ask me was I telling him to do his job when it's always been one way at that store and is now different blew me away. Location: 3688 Airport Blvd b, Mobile, AL 36608
