This store has zero customer service. They barely acknowledge you when you walk in. They don't disclose all of the pertinent information. I rented a box here and it was unusable. I set all my bills to go here and the address was not valid. Therefore, these people who I already didn't feel comfortable with were touching my mail to make sure I got it. Who knows if I got it all? I chose this location because of convenience. The Mission Viejo Post Office is way down the hill, which can be a pain. But, I've learned the hard way that the Post Office is worth any extra cost and the drive. I've contacted Corporate, as the UPS Store website Customer Service section states "The UPS Store is committed to providing world-class customer service to our retail customers. We are committed to providing personalized and professional solutions while supporting our core values." Hopefully Corporate will clean up this store and I can revise this review, but for now, I hope this helps someone else!

I HAVE MAILBOX IN THE UPS STORE 4483

I TESTED THIS STORE 4 TIME FOR PRIVACY AND THEY PAST THEM .THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PERFECT.I RECOMMEND YOU TO CONTACT WITH THEM.I REFERD THEM TO THIS COMPLAIN THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND DO NOT KNOW WHICH PART OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WRONG AND THEY ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HERE FROM THIS CUSTOMER. I AM SURE THEY WILL CARE EXCEPT FOR ANTHING ILLEGAL.

When you are doing your address change you need to make sure you do put your mailbox number on the forwarding mail when you have a new box whithout the correct box number according to " the post office rules after 911 " you mail is going to be returned to sender, I have worked for the Mission Viejo post office for years and the same thing will happen to you even if you have a box here. you mail is going to be returned to sender if its without a box number so please remeber to ask if you have any questions, no small business would certainly want to lose business.

Hello All

I also have a box at this UPS Store I think I should mention that I have received great service, I run a business through this mailbox and I have never had a problem with NOT getting my mail a few times I might have received the incorrect mail but non of us are perfect I think we in LADREA would quit being so spoiled and give people a chance. “Remember what goes around come around”
