UPS Store - Faulsifying Status Update (WEBSITE)
My name is Saud AlHasan.
I called in yesterday March 15, 2015 to check the status of my shipment, and I was told by a call center agent that there was a load since Thursday March 12 that my shipment will not be released until today Match 16, 2015.
Yesterday, when I checked the status of my shipment online, I was surprised that I saw โDelivery Attempted: Funds Requiredโ labeled on the top of my racking number.
When I called in the customer service again today March 16, 2015, I explained this matter to JOEL, and just to make things worse, he told me that the address was missing a house number, then he told me that UPS didnโt have my phone number, then finalized it with โThe system had some issues.โ
This isnโt the first time I had my items sent to me by UPS, and this is not the first time a status update falsified the status of a shipment. Just because UPS cannot keep its promised time, doesnโt mean that people are missing information and UPS magically obtains them without contacting anyone.
I have asked JOEL to forward this message to LINDEN (COUNTRY MANAGER) or FRANK (OPERATIONS MANAGER) here in Kuwait. But, as usual this e-mail will be read in Kuwait Branch and will be ignored, that is why I am forwarding this e-mail to US complaints, and regional office, to make sure that someone takes care of this issue.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
UPS Store Pros: Price.
UPS Store Cons: Call center agent, Response of agent, Falsifying information, Not caringactiing like a robot.
Location: Kuwait, Al Asimah Governorate
